JotNot Fax comes with a built-in scanner, so you dont need to find a scanner or fax machine if you need to fax a paper document. Just scan in the document with your phones camera, enter the fax number, and hit send.

The app lets you get your own fax number that you can use for sending and receiving faxes. Pick a number in the app, and well set it up with the phone company for you in just a few seconds -- no hassle, and no service calls by a technician.

Create a free JotNot account to sync faxes and credits across multiple devices and other platforms, including iOS, the Web, and more.

JotNot Fax will send you a push notification to let you know when youve received a fax, or when a fax that youve sent has finished.

Fax Pricing: JotNot Fax charges a subscription for sending and receiving. There is also a pay-as-you-go option for sending only with credits. All purchases in the app are charged to the credit card or other payment method in your App Store account.

1. Sending and receiving with a subscription: We offer three subscription plan options. Each one comes with your choice of a fax number.

- Standard plan: includes 100 pages of sending and receiving each month
- Premium plan: includes 300 pages of sending and receiving each month
- Business plan: includes 1,000 pages of sending and receiving each month

Each plan can be purchased on either a monthly or annual basis, with a discount for annual plans. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel more than 24 hours before the renewal date. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

If you use more than the number of pages in a given month, you can add extra pages to that month by buying credits. Credits can be converted to pages at a rate of 5 pages per credit.

2. Sending with credits: Without a subscription, sending a fax costs 1 credit for every 5 pages. For example:
- a fax with 1-5 pages costs 1 credit
- a fax with 6-10 pages costs 2 credits
- a fax with 11-16 pages costs 3 credits, and so on

The fax cover page is free -- it does not count towards the page count for the purposes of calculating the credits needed for a fax.

You can purchase credits in packs within the app. We offer packs of 3, 10, 20, and 100 credits; larger packs offer cheaper pricing per credit. See the app for local pricing.

JotNot Fax - Send Receive Fax app good for

I get an email with a doc that needs to be signed. I open it in Save2PDF App. Convert it to PDF. It then sends it to Sign-n-Send App. I sign it right in my iPhone and this app sends it to Jotnot where I enter the fax number and away it goes. I never have to print the document. Saves trees! Ps: Sign-n-Send does convert to PDF online but Save2PDF does it on my device.
I have both jot pro & jot not fax both work well for what I need, done multiple pages on both. my only beef is with jotnot fax is you can only buy 1 credit at a time. And yes it does cost me .99 per 5 pages to send. Fairly inexpensive when you go to a truck stop to fax & pay $10.00!!
This app has helped me fax so many urgent documents right from the convenience of my iPhone! I have been able to get docs to where they need to be quicker than trying to find a fax on the go. Oh and Id give it 10
Im not a big fan of writing reviews because the app either is great or not. But, this app has worked every time Ive used it. I have tried other apps and they wouldnt send the fax, however this app goes thru every time! Its also easy to use and not expensive compared to go to a store because who still owns a fax machine at home?! If you want an app that works, get this.
Ive used this app for some time sensitive, critically important documents. It works successfully every time. My local office charges over a dollar a page to send faxes. Depending on how many credits you buy, this app sends faxes (multiple sheets) for $1 or less each! Affordable and reliable!
Faxing documents is rapidly a thing of the past. Except in obscure government and corporate agencies that refuse to join the 21st century. This is my go to app when dealing with those dinosaurs. It beats running down the street to a print shop or, God forbid, buying tech as old as a dial up modem.

Some bad moments

I am in Brazil and this app doesnt send faxes to Houston, TX. I want my $ 2.00 back.
Desc says you can send faxes for free. In reality you must purchase credits worth .99 each to send a fax.
Out of 3 faxes, I was able to send just one. I had a hard time trying to use the cover page and the fax would not be sent whithout telling me what is wrong, I needed to disable the cover page for the fax to be sent. Then other faxes says failure after successfully sending the file, but not saying much information about the failure... Please add more reporting to help us trouble shoot whats wrong!
99 cents per fax... Yeah thats a delete a min after I downloaded this
Alwais "unable to send fax, Please try again later" Ive lost 99 cents
Spent the 99cents to send off a fax and hours later still not sent. Pretty poor actually and would have almost been worth it to drive to Staples to fax. Dont waste your time and or money as I did. Not recommended.
