It might be great if my faxes actually were sent.

I purchased 10 credits to send a 17 page fax. 1.5 hours later the fax is still pending. The worst part is that cancelling and trying to resend costs another 4 credits.

For the record, I have a new iPhone 7 plus and a solid data connection.

Update: Customer service was very nice and refunded me my credits. The fax finally went through and I wonder if it took long because of the connection speed of the receiver.
