Reviews are definitely fake. App doesnt work at all. DO NOT get this app.

JotNot Fax is innovative, I used the iPhone app to fax very important documents, Im never gonna use fax machines ever, this JotNot is amazing.

This app is absolutely awesome!, great app to get, help staff is awesome too helped me retrieve lost credits after a phone reset and having to reinstall the app fresh.

This app makes it easy to send the occasional fax from anywhere. Its nice to just pay for each fax individually rather needing to subscribe to a plan. I dont need to receive faxes (ever), so this is perfect for my needs.

No more loud facing noises or needing to hang out for 10 mins or more to see if your fax went through. A tad on the expensive side but worth it.

Honestly I cannot figure out how to "upload" a document to fax. I dont see an option for it anywhere which makes this app basically useless to me. Maybe there is another way to do it but I like when things are clear and this doesnt seem to be.

Besides an occasional quirk, like not being able to add credits one time, it works well. I wish someone would add incoming fax without charging for a separate line or an enormous fee.

JotNot has made two great apps!

The description says "new release" but it hasnt been updated since February 2011. That should have been my first clue. The only thing this app will do is let you make in app purchase of FAX credits @ $.99 each. It wont even open the instructions document that it comes with. I want my $.99 back!

Doesnt work. Tried multiple times, every time says fax failure.

Installed, bought the credits and fax was sent. It was never received.

Ive been trying to fax something for the last two days and have been unsuccessful using this. So I wonder: Im required to dial "1" area code and number to dial out from where I am... Every time I type out 1area-code_fax#, the app leaves off the "1". And my fax never goes through... I have the JotNot Scanner App and find it absolutely indispensable. I would like to say the same here, but unsuccessful nth attempts on my first fax leaves me with only frustration, so I can only give this 1 star at this time. PS is there a way to delete any of the documents youve uploaded into this app?

I used the JotNot fax for the first time today and paid $2.97 to send a fax. When I go under my fax confirmation section it says "you have no faxes". I expect a refund and sure do hope I get one! *update: just saw in my iTunes account that I was charged tax so total charged was $3.16.

Cheap, quick and easy way to send a fax!

A great way to fax directly from your iphone. I had a question about the JotNot products and received an answer within minutes. Highly recommend!

Crashed every time. If you don’t have credits, get them first or it will crash. After you send a fax, it will crash. However, the fax did go through. No complaints about .99 cents to send fax. Its a lot cheaper than a useless fax machine.

First use since early April 2014, crashed when I tried to buy a credit. Had used for several months without issue. Dont use this, wont work.

Sending a fax is easy with this app. I really love the import from Dropbox option. And the new UI is great. Nicely done.

Unusable. Dont buy

The app crashes after a purchase has been made for $.99 to send the fax. This is not confidence inspiring. However I noticed that after reopening the app the fax was sent. Please fix this, and offer some validation that the fax has been sent or is being sent. Otherwise this is a great piece of software.
