JotNot Fax - Send Receive Fax App Reviews

Excellent solution when away from a fax machine, or as in my case, I no longer have a landline to hook up a fax. Cost of sending faxes is reasonable. I use it together with JotNot Pro and highly recommend it.

I used this app today for the first time in a while, as I usually dont have a need to fax. Well, today I did. Worked like a charm. I initially thought I had a problem with the app which was really the fault of my wi-fi connection. Their support team answered in no time flat. I was able to fax my document without incident....

I find this app to be effective, reliable, and very easy to use. I dont like faxing personal things from my job and I love that I can use an app to send my things right from home! Takes just a few seconds! You do have to pay to send the faxes (and the process is extremely effortless) but Id rather spend a dollar than scan, save, upload and email or do it at work with my personal info out in the public!

I am a JotNot user and like their other products. However when I went to send a single fax with 2 pages, quoted in the App Store at $0.99, I am prompted to pay $2.99 instead (!). This is not something the developer should have missed, being the entry price point and it classifies as dodgy IMO. Shame since this company could have been a bit smarter about its offering.

Truly amazing, must turn tax on by 20-am. All places closed on week ends so this tax saves me so much time and money.

I purchased 10 credits to send a 17 page fax. 1.5 hours later the fax is still pending. The worst part is that cancelling and trying to resend costs another 4 credits. For the record, I have a new iPhone 7 plus and a solid data connection. Update: Customer service was very nice and refunded me my credits. The fax finally went through and I wonder if it took long because of the connection speed of the receiver.

Free App but pay to fax. Worked well though. Also you can fax from Google drive and iCloud.

As a continuation of my previous review, the application is flawless! I do not use it regularly, but it is there when I need it and the results are amazing. I also appreciate their continued support for the application.!

This app is a bastard to use. Totally non-intuitive with no help file. I have an iPad Pro and am not new to using apps. This is a mystery. Do a search for a help page and you wont find one no matter what links you press. As I said the other reviews have to be fake - or they are all genius users OR employees and their relatives. Makes a farce of the review process.

The fax works as advertised. So far every fax Ive sent has arrived with no problems. The cost is not expensive either. If you you need a fax try this one.
