JotNot Fax - Send Receive Fax App Reviews

Like another reviewer, I had the app crash after sending a fax, however the support team was super responsive and made sure I knew my fax had gone through successfully. The app does what it says on the tin, looks nice, and other than a single bug, seems very solid. Worth five stars.

Bought credits to fax. Fax immediately said it failed. Credits are no longer in my account. Used another app which worked fine

Nothing works. All it does is go back and forth thru the apps but you can not connect your app to send any Fax anywhere. Total waste. These phones were not made to FAX they are for talking - I know crazy huh. What were they thinking. LOL

Crashes, doesnt send your fax, and takes your money.

Found this today when I needed to fax in a document but dont have a fax machine. Other services you have to subscribe to. This one just pay for the individual fax you are sending out. Saved me a trip to the UPS store. It also gives you a check mark as a confirmation.

Pretty much the simplest way to send a fax. Works great by allowing other apps (like DocUSign) to send their documents over for faxing. Really simple. The in-app-purchase of credits is kind of a bummer. Would rather just pay per fax. But overall worked perfectly.

This app simply does not work. I contacted customer support and received no feed back.

Works like a charm. Added a PDF from another app, entered the phone number and some info for the cover page, paid for the one fax, and off it went. No bumps or slowdowns. Fast, simple, and exactly what I needed (to send a fax in 2015…). If someone can’t figure out this crazy simple app, I dread putting that person in front of a real fax machine. *shiver*

I was under the impression this was a "FREE" app that would allow outgoing faxes however I am asked for some kind of credit when I attempt to send a one-page fax? So, this is just another fax app thats requesting "money" for each outgoing fax, which they are entitled to do so as they spent the time and effort creating the app. However, I was just under the impression after doing a Google search that this was a app that provided free outgoing faxes. Disappointment

Purchased a fax credit and would not work under google drive, Dropbox, or from the photo on my phone. Great idea, terrible execution. Would not recommend.

I paid a buck to send a one page fax for convenience however the whole app is screwy and broken! Avoid this app! Total waste of money...

I was trying to send a very important document and after downloading the app and paying for the fax credit, I was not able to access the document following the exact on-screen instructions. I am very tech savvy, and this is a COMPLETE WASTE! DONT EVEN TRY IT!

This app have a good potential but for now it is not working so good!

The app crashes consistently when selecting a file to send. Dont buy credits until youve confirmed it wont crash on you, and after you uninstall it, be sure to go to Google Drive and unauthorize JotNot from accessing your account!

Great app! Professional appearance of documents shocked me!

Dialogue starts with "add PDF from..." Then the choices are icloud and other app. Neither works. Click from icloud and shows only PDF expert not grayed out. Click PDF expert and the resulting box is empty (although it is full when accessing from other apps or icloud app directly). Clicking the open in other app route shows only empty blank boxes where the others apps should be.

The update is a huge improvement. Easy to send faxes. Can now create fax receipts and get push notifications when the fax completes. Cheaper than other similar apps.

I needed a solution. A friend told about this one. Easy peasey!!!
